As a part of the Curriculum and Risk Assessment requirements students must have a Discus Permission signed by a parent/carer and returned to the school. Discus has been assessed as “High” level risk activity in regards to safety thus the need for this permission. Students will be unable to take part in this event during PE lessons or the carnival until the form is completed and returned to school.
Consent forms have been emailed; thank you for completing and returning as soon as possible.
