The news from the south is all positive. Mr Santsingh has reported that all is going well and he made special comment about how well all of the students are representing Pittsworth SS. Yesterday, the students participated in a special ceremony at the Australian War Memorial attended by the Prime Minister, Opposition Leader and the Governor General. The ceremony marked the opening of a new section on the conflict in Afghanistan and our school captains laid a wreath as part of the service. Today is the much anticipated visit to Smiggins Hole and a first time experience of snow for many. .
