You are cordially invited to attend our Annual Music Recital.  Our Annual Music Recital is an opportunity to showcase our whole school Choir, Strings and Concert Band students. 

Details of the Music Recital are presented below.

Who:            Students who participate in the whole school Choir are invited to attend.
Student who participate in the Strings program and Concert Band, are expected to attend. It is expected that students practise their recital pieces in preparation for this event (see attached program).
What:           Choir and Annual Music Recital.
When:          Tuesday 09 November 2021
a)Whole School Choir on the front lawn from 5:00pm – 5:30pm
b)Instrumental Music Recital (Strings & Concert Band) will commence at 6.00pm sharp and will conclude by 7.30pm.
Where:         Front Lawn (Choir), Bottle Tree Hall (Instrumental Music Students)
Supervising Staff:  Mr Phil Ryan, Mrs Jess Johansen, Mrs Beth Wheeldon and Mrs Carol Ann Coonan
Music Uniform requirements for all Instrumental Music Students:  All Instrumental Music Students are required to wear long navy pants, black shoes and black socks.  Music shirts will be distributed at the hall.  Please wear your school uniform shirt to the event with a singlet or crop top under your school uniform, to allow for quick changing into your Music shirt upon arrival.
Choir Students:  Please wear your full School Uniform.  Instrumental Music students who are in Choir are to wear their FULL Instrumental Music Uniform (as listed above).
Awards:  Attached to this letter is the criteria for the student Music Recital Awards for your perusal.
Food:  The PSS P&C will be holding a canteen before the Music Recital begins.  Come along and have something to eat and drink before attending the recital.  Food will not be allowed inside the hall. If anyone can help with cooking from 4pm or serving from 4:30pm, can you please message Megan on 0413550735.
